Events that run beautifully, because someone planned them properly.

Riles Cart Assistant is an event planning and event management studio. We design the experience, coordinate the vendors, and run the day — so you get to be a host instead of a project manager.

Why hosts hire us

Creative direction, paired with genuinely organized logistics.

Plenty of people can make an event look good in photographs. Fewer can hold a 14-hour schedule together while three vendors arrive at once. We do both, and we do them without drama.

Planning with a point of view

We start with the guest experience and work backwards into budget, layout, and schedule — so every decision has a reason behind it.

Vendor coordination that holds

Sourcing, scheduling, load-in windows, and contact sheets. Your vendors get one clear point of contact instead of a group chat.

Documentation you can actually use

Run-of-show, floor plans, and vendor timelines written so a stranger could follow them — which is exactly the standard they should meet.

Calm, present execution

On event day we run the timeline, absorb the problems, and keep them away from you and your guests.

Service one

Event Planning

For hosts starting from a date and an idea. We build the concept, the budget structure, the vendor team, the floor plan, and the master timeline — then keep every moving part documented and on schedule.

Service two

Event Management

For hosts and organizations who have a plan and need it executed. We take over vendor communication, build the run-of-show, brief the team, and direct the event on site from load-in to strike.

How we work

A process built to remove surprises.

Every engagement follows the same spine. The depth changes with your scope; the discipline does not.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A conversation about the occasion, the people, the date, and the budget framework you're working within.

  2. 02

    Proposal & scope

A written scope of services with deliverables and fees so you know precisely what is and isn't included.

  3. 03

    Design & logistics

Concept direction, layout, vendor sourcing, contracts review support, and a build-out of the master timeline.

  4. 04

    Event week

Final confirmations, walk-through, vendor briefing, and the run-of-show distributed to everyone who needs it.

  5. 05

    On-site management

We direct load-in, cue the schedule, manage vendors and staff, and handle the unexpected quietly.

  6. 06

    Wrap-up

Strike oversight, vendor close-out, rental returns, and a final accounting of the engagement.
